  • Considering the nature of the goods, the deadline for the delivery of the goods is always agreed individually with the customer. We always inform the customer by phone before delivery. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the delivery method. We inform the customer about such a change at the time when the delivery deadline is agreed.
  • Free shipping applies to orders that are higher than EUR 335 within the territory of Czechia.
  • Information regarding shipping costs for orders with a lower value is calculated after the products have been added to the cart.
